IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator (Min. 3-5 Exp)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities from initiation through project closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, sales teams, vendors, and clients.
• Organize and document project meetings, including Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action items, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as:

• Project Charter
• Project Plans
• Progress Reports
• Migration Plans
• Change Requests
• Design Documentation

• Monitor project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Present project progress updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure documentation is completed.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and organisational processes.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies while supporting cross-functional project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management within IT, System Integration, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
