Sr. Executive Treasury & Corporate Finance

Main Responsibilities

• Involve / Assist in monitoring and ensuring full compliance of all covenants, terms and conditions in the Credit/Facility/Loan Agreements (or Perjanjian Kredit) for loans from licensed financial institutions.
• Involve / Assist in monitoring and ensuring full compliance of all covenants, terms and conditions in the Bond Subscription Agreement for the bonds.
• Coordinate with Facility Agent, Escrow Agent and Security Agent on term loans matters.
• Coordinate with Bond Subscriber's or Bond Holder's Management or Asset Manager on bonds matters.
• Compile, prepare and/or coordinate for all supporting documents required for each term loan's drawdown and for each bond's drawdown and their compliance after drawdowns.
• Track and monitor all drawdowns (i) which tranche of each of the term loans' drawdown and (ii) for each of the bonds' drawdown.
• Check and monitor all quarterly interest calculations by Facility Agent. Ensure all interest 1 2 transfers / payments are timely.
• Process payments for interests, loans' principal, transfers to DSA (debt service accounts), transfers to / from DSRA (debt service reserve accounts) and any related expenses.
• Manage and process fund transfers between bank accounts.
• Manage and monitor cash flows, and their reporting.
• Tracking and analysis of foreign currency movement including historical analysis for a few currency vs USD, vs IDR.
• Ensure related internal controls are being followed and are functioning. To safeguard the companies' interests and minimize exposures to risks.
