Project Architect/ Technical Project Lead

Join our team at Dotta Development. We're looking for an experienced architect with a proven track record in technical project leadership, strong coordination skills, and a solid technical background.

We work primarily on our in-house development projects, along with select external projects, specializing in residential and small commercial developments.

Position: Project Architect / Technical Project Lead

Experience:at least 6 years in the field

Skills Required:

• AutoCAD (level expert)

• SketchUp (level expert)

• Adobe Suite (level advanced)

• Strong technical and structural knowledge

• Proven experience leading project teams

• Confident communicator with clients and contractors

• Advanced English level

Responsibilities:

-Monitoring compliance of the executed construction with the approved project documentation, architectural intent, and technical standards

-Regular attendance at site inspection meetings with the investor and contractor

• Close cooperation with project manager, architects, site supervisor and contractor

• Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD

• Developing 3D models using SketchUp.

• Communicate effectively with team members and contractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.

• 6 years of relevant experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
