PLANNER MAINTENANCE

Some of your duties will include:

• The Planner Maintenance will responsible on planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime, optimize equipment availability, and enhance operational safety and efficiency.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities for a fleet of mobile equipment (e.g., haul trucks, excavators, loaders) and cranes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
• Support the development and execution of capital projects related to equipment upgrades and overhauls.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex maintenance issues.
• Ensure the effective use of CMMS to enhance maintenance planning and record-keeping
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop, implement, and maintain detailed maintenance plans for mobile equipment and cranes; Create and manage preventive,; predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules; Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Resource Coordination: Identify and allocate required resources, including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment; Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Work Order Management: Generate, prioritize, and track work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); Ensure timely closure and proper documentation of all maintenance activities.
