Head of Sales

About the Role

We're hiring on behalf of a fintech company seeking a National Head of Sales to build, scale, and manage the complete nationwide sales, distribution, and merchant acquisition infrastructure for the company's Cloud Speaker and miniPOS products across Indonesia, from scratch. This high-ownership, high-stakes commercial leadership role acts as the principal commercial architect, translating corporate growth goals into local reality and designing high-density distribution pipelines to maximize merchant penetration.

The core philosophy of this position relies heavily on an FMCG-driven territory model. Because the flagship products are high-volume, merchant-level utility hardware, the successful candidate must treat distribution exactly like high-turnover consumer goods, relying on modern trade, deep general trade networks, wholesalers, traditional agents, and localized sub-distributors to win every territory. Operating with significant structural freedom, this person will build national sales squads, design multi-tier regional territories, establish data-backed KPI governance models, and manage cross-functional product rollouts. This role demands an assertive, highly mobile executive with a deep, verified network across both Tier-1 and Tier-2 Indonesian markets, combined with bilingual capacity to report real-time pipeline insights to international group directors.
