oddmodish is a seoul-based digital marketing agency specializing in international community marketing, content strategy, search visibility, and overseas market outreach.

we're looking for a practical and highly organized specialist who can independently build and organize the technical and operational foundations of our marketing activities.

at first time we tried to hire for only 2 month project but changed as full-time regular worker.

this role is suitable for someone who can turn broad business direction into completed and usable systems without requiring instructions for every small step.

contract conditions

• work type: full-time remote project

• working days: monday to friday

• working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm kst

• monthly payment: krw 900,000

• payment method: paypal, wise, or another agreed international payment method

this position requires full attention during the agreed working hours.

candidates must be able to commit to oddmodish as their primary professional responsibility.

main responsibilities

1. website and landing-page development

• review and improve the existing oddmodish website

• create and publish landing pages for overseas clients

• create and publish a separate landing page for agency and white-label partnerships

• build a reusable case-study page template

• publish provided case studies and performance materials

• improve mobile responsiveness and page consistency

• connect inquiry forms, consultation buttons, email links, and relevant calls to action

• organize the website so that future service and price updates can be made easily

experience with framer is strongly preferred. experience with webflow, wordpress, ghost, or similar no-code website platforms is also relevant.

2. blog setup

• research and recommend a blogging solution

• build and configure the selected blog

• connect it appropriately with the oddmodish website or domain

• create the basic design, categories, tags, author structure, and navigation

• configure essential on-page seo settings

• upload and format articles prepared by the content team

• add internal links and calls to action leading to oddmodish service pages

3. analytics and conversion tracking

• review or configure google analytics 4

• connect and review google search console

• configure google tag manager when necessary

• track inquiry-form submissions

• track consultation, email, and important button clicks

• confirm that analytics and conversion events are working correctly

• prepare a simple performance dashboard or reporting structure

• document how the team can check website and conversion performance
