HR SUPERVISOR

WE ARE HIRING – HR SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team.

Basic Salary: IDR 5,000,000/month

Transportation \& Meal Allowance: IDR 30,000 / day

Guaranteed Service Charge: IDR 1,000,000 / month

Location: in Suluban, Uluwatu – Bali

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior HR role is preferred
• Good knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll, and HR policies
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employment regulations, and Indonesian labor laws
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
