Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Apply differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support improvement.
• Integrate technology and innovative pedagogical approaches into teaching and learning.
• Develop students' critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and independence.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in professional development, school activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of primary school teaching experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Sound understanding of child development, effective pedagogy, and classroom management.
• Ability to design engaging, student-centred learning experiences.
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
