PT Adis Dimension Footwear is one of the leading shoe manufacturers in Indonesia. We currently produce shoes under the Nike brand and were established in May 1989. Our company is located on Jalan Raya Serang Km 24, Balaraja-Tangerang, about 38 km (24 miles) from the capital city of Jakarta. We started our first production in March 1990, and all of our products are exported to several countries, including Belgium, Japan, China, the USA, and Argentina. We proudly produce three major shoe categories: Young Athlete (YA), Nike Sport Wear (NSW), and Tennis.

Key responsibilities:

A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang, responsible for strengthening Human Capital fundamentals, handling assigned recruitment needs, and contributing to HC improvement initiatives. This role conducts periodic HC assessments, develops management reports with actionable insights, and and identifies opportunities for operational improvement. The position works collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement practical, evidence-based solutions that strengthen Human Capital effectiveness and organizational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or related roles, with a good understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Experience in cross-functional HR activities, such as recruitment, HR assessments, compensation and benefits, or process improvement initiatives, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps, prioritize issues, and develop practical recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency in data, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to transform information into clear, insightful, and visually engaging materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data processing and analysis skills
• Strong awareness of HSE standards.
