About the Role

We're Orivista — managing 52\+ luxury villas across Bali. We need a creative storyteller who can capture the magic of our properties and guest experiences. Create, shoot, edit, and post content that makes people want to book their Bali escape. If you live and breathe social media and can turn beautiful spaces into compelling stories, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Content Creation: Create photo/video content showcasing villas, guest experiences, Bali lifestyle; capture authentic moments
• Shoot \& Edit: Shoot and edit high-quality Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts; use Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar
• Social Media: Post across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube; write captions, hashtags; engage with followers
• Guest Content: Capture guest experiences; create testimonial videos, UGC campaigns
• Analytics: Track performance metrics; analyze engagement; optimize content strategy based on data
• Trends: Stay ahead of social trends; adapt trending formats; experiment with new content types

What We're Looking For

• Portfolio Required: Must share Instagram, TikTok, YouTube links. We review your work before talking.
• Content Skills: Shoot and edit video (Reels, TikToks); use mobile/DSLR cameras; proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Social Savvy: Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube algorithms; know what performs (hooks, captions, timing)
• Storytelling: Creative eye for composition, lighting; understand what makes people want to travel
• Analytics: Track metrics (reach, engagement, saves); use data to improve strategy

Bonus Points

• Travel/hospitality/luxury content experience • SEO/YouTube optimization • Graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) • Influencer/UGC campaign experience • Drone skills • English fluent; Bahasa Indonesia a plus
