HR ASSISTANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the HR Senior Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR administration, including employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
• Conduct and support psychological testing and employee assessments as part of the recruitment and talent management process.
• Support employee relations and provide HR services to academic and non-academic employees.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development activities.
• Support payroll, compensation \& benefits, and other HR operational processes.
• Supervise the HR team and continuously improve HR processes and services.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Good understanding and practical experience in psychological testing, assessment tools, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Overseas graduate is preferred.
• Experience in an international, multicultural, education, or academic environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS.
• Willing to be based in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.
