HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead the full HR function across real estate. This role combines strategic HR leadership, people operations, compliance, and hands-on execution to support a fast-growing wellness business.

You will work closely with management, coaches, front desk teams, and operations leaders to ensure the company has strong people systems, a healthy work culture, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth and operational needs.
• Advise management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people development.
• Drive employer branding and ensure a positive employee experience across all gym locations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for coaches, fitness specialists, front desk, operations, marketing, and corporate roles.
• Create talent pipelines and manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offers.
• Ensure effective onboarding and orientation programs.
• Oversee attendance, scheduling, leave management, contract administration, and employee records.
• Maintain HRIS or other digital systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage payroll coordination with accounting/finance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and escalations professionally.
• Manage disciplinary procedures, memos, warnings, and documentation.
• Implement performance review cycles, probation assessments, and KPI frameworks.
• Identify training needs and support development programs for coaches and staff.
• Support culture-building initiatives and team engagement.
• Manage WLKP (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan) submission and labor reporting.
• Ensure proper HR documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Gym Managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide guidance and support to team leads regarding people management.
• Act as the HR representative in management discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, IR (Industrial Relations), and HR best practices.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or service industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
