Currently, we are looking for an AI/Agent Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent systems and leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI. As an AI/Agent Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will develop agent orchestration frameworks, implement tool and function calling capabilities, establish evaluation methodologies and guardrails, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions. You will also contribute to system integrations, automation workflows, and continuous improvement of AI performance, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning development.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, RAG systems, or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs, system integrations, and backend services.
• Experience with agent orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI guardrails.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
