Recruitment Intern

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and the opportunity to collaborate with the HR team in identifying, screening, and communicating with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and screen candidates based on qualifications and position requirements.
• Contact candidates and schedule initial interviews.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with candidate reference checks and the collection of recruitment-related documents.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment-related content publishing on social media.

Qualifications

• Final-year university student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
• Previous recruitment experience through internships, part-time jobs, freelance projects, student organizations, or related activities is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Must be domiciled in Jakarta and willing to follow a hybrid working arrangement.
