Job Description

Responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

*\Responsibilities***

• Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement
• Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization
• Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and business objectives
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rate), and provide actionable insights
• Develop marketing materials such as promotional content, copywriting, presentations, and branding assets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (vendors, agencies, influencers) to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance

*\Requirements***

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing
• Familiar with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Creative, communicative, and target-oriented
