We are looking for 1 motivated and sales-driven person to join our watch business!

If you speak fluent English, enjoy communicating with customers, and know how to turn potential buyers into actual customers, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Reply to customer messages quickly and professionally.
• Answer questions about our watches, products, and purchasing process.
• Build trust and maintain good customer relationships.

2. Sales and Negotiation

• Persuade customers to purchase our watches.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate deals within the company's approved limits.
• Handle customer objections and help customers make purchasing decisions.

3. Customer Follow-Up

• Follow up with existing customers and potential buyers.
• Re-engage customers who have shown interest but have not purchased.
• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

4. Lead Management

• Categorize customers into HOT, WARM, and COLD based on their purchase interest.
• Track customer conversations, interests, objections, and follow-up dates.
• Prioritize customers who are most likely to purchase.

5. Sales Performance

• Work toward sales targets and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales updates.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Fast, responsive, proactive, and organized.
• Persistent in following up with potential buyers.
• Able to manage multiple customer conversations at the same time.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience selling watches or luxury products is a plus.
