Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

At Bali Zoo, we’re passionate about connecting people with wildlife while inspiring conservation efforts across Indonesia. We’re expanding our digital media team and looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who excels at managing performance campaign channels, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of running, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising strategy to drive ticket sales, increase guest engagement, and enhance our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Design, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strategy & Budgeting: Allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lower customer acquisition costs.
• A/B Testing & Creative Strategy: Partner with our creative content team to test ad copy, visual assets, and landing page layouts for continuous conversion rate optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, evaluate user behavior, and deliver clear weekly reports with actionable insights for management.
• Audience Targeting: Refine target audience segments, build custom lookalikes, and implement retargeting strategies to reach both local and international travelers.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (agency or tourism/hospitality background is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and pixel/event tracking implementation.
• In-depth understanding of campaign structures, bid strategies, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a self-driven approach to testing new ad concepts.
• On-site presence required at our office in Gianyar, Bali.
