Recruitment Administrator

WE’RE HIRING: RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Are you confident communicating in English and looking for an exciting career opportunity in recruitment?

We’re looking for a motivated and communicative Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali!

In this role, you’ll help identify, contact, and recruit suitable candidates for various clients across Australia. You’ll make approximately 50 calls per day, communicate with candidates in English, and support the recruitment process in a fast-paced working environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong English communication skills, including:

• Excellent listening skills: The ability to understand different native English accents.
• Confident spoken English: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Strong written English: The ability to communicate effectively through emails and messages.
• Good communication skills: A positive attitude and the confidence to speak with different people every day.

Experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage but not essential. Having lived or studied in an English-speaking country would also be a plus!

Please note: Applicants will be required to complete an English test before proceeding to the interview stage.

Job Details

Location: Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

Work Arrangement: On-site (not remote)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to approximately 5:00 PM

Salary: Average IDR 6,500,000 per month + KPI Bonus
