The role

You own onboarding. You get every new clinic set up, confident, and using Aeva, and you call them before they fall off.

Day to day:

⁠ ⁠Setup and configuration: video and phone calls with clinic owners to build their AI receptionist, tune its prompts and FAQs, and get it talking to their practice management system

⁠ ⁠Support: the go-to person for setup questions and support enquiries

⁠ ⁠Retention and growth: proactive check-in calls before clinics go quiet, relationships that drive word of mouth, and launching our online customer community

You'll be great at this if

⁠ ⁠You've owned or built customer onboarding or customer success before

⁠ ⁠You're proficient with AI tools and prompt writing

⁠ ⁠You can explain technical things simply to a 65 year old clinic owner

⁠ ⁠You like being on calls. This is a high energy talking-to-people role

⁠ ⁠You know how to turn a happy customer into a referral, a review, or an active member of an online community

Experience:
