The role

Our Accountancy and Finance desk is already established, with a strong foundation of clients and mandates across the region. We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to take it to grow it further, expanding our reach across Cyprus and the UAE.

You will manage existing client relationships, develop new ones, and run full-cycle recruitment for finance functions (CFO, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, FP&A, Internal Audit, Senior Accountants/Managers, Compliance/Finance crossover, and similar) across our target sectors.

Based in Cyprus, working remotely.

What You'll Do in brief:

Grow the Accountancy and Finance desk across Cyprus and the UAE building on an established client base.

Develop new client relationships in finance functions across FinTech, Financial Services, FX/CFD, crypto, payments, and iGaming.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management.
