Remote Marketing Assistant (Content Creation & Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to support the marketing activities of two businesses managed by a Singapore-based business owner within the financial advisory and confinement nanny industries.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in content creation, video editing, and digital marketing who enjoys working across different industries. You will play a key role in strengthening both brands through engaging content, creative visuals, paid advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Advisory Business

• Create compelling and professional LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp broadcast messages, and other marketing content to engage prospects and existing clients.
• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for social media, website content, marketing campaigns, and client communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, promotional banners, presentation slides, and other branded assets.

Confinement Nanny Business

• Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for different platforms.
• Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to improve lead generation and maximise advertising performance.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, website content improvements, and search visibility enhancements.
