Staff Software Engineer

The Mission

Your goal is to technically lead and transform existing teams into high-performance units where Modern Engineering is the default. You will be the technical driving force in our journey of transforming our on-premise monolith product to a highly scalable, modern hybrid solution. You are responsible for architecting and delivering mission-critical systems where High Availability, resilience, and operational excellence are the standard.

Responsibilities

• Domain Architecture & Execution: Translate high-level architectural visions into robust, scalable technical designs. Lead the hands-on development within our C#, C++, and Angular ecosystem.
• Modernization & Data Strategy: Actively drive the technical transition toward an Event-Driven Architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and execute the decoupling of legacy monolithic databases into independent services.
• Resilience, Scalability & FinOps: Build with "you build it, you run it" accountability. Architect components for High Availability and apply FinOps principles to ensure our evolving cloud footprint is resource-efficient.
