Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Overview

We are looking for aSenior Software Engineer to join the Identity Managerdevelopment team at One Identity. You will contribute to the development of our enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

Your responsibility will be to actively support the design process, provide technical input, and deliver high-quality implementations based on agreed specifications.

This is a strongly hands-on engineering position with meaningful ownership in delivery, quality, and production stability.

Responsibilities

• Support feature design discussions by providing technical insights and implementation considerations

• Implement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications

• Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards

• Perform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues

• Actively participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution

• Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability

• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration)

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams

• Proactively identify technical debt and propose improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong knowledge of:

• C# / .NET ecosystem

• SQL, MS-SQL and database performance optimization

• APIs (Rest)

• Active Directory
