CEO / Co-Founder — B2B Game Provider

We are looking for an experienced CEO / Co-Founder to build and scale a B2B real-money game provider from the ground up, turning it into a sustainable, revenue-generating business.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience within a B2B game provider, a strong and established network of operators, aggregators, and platforms, and a successful track record of building or scaling gaming businesses.

This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can take full ownership of business strategy, P&L, team development, commercial distribution, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute the company's business strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market approach.

• Identify priority GEOs, target customer segments, competitors, and distribution opportunities.

• Build and scale the business from scratch, establishing a sustainable revenue model.

• Define a competitive game portfolio strategy based on market data, commercial potential, and player preferences across different GEOs.

• Take full ownership of business growth, financial performance, and long-term profitability.

Commercial Development & Distribution

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of operators, aggregators, and gaming platforms.

• Leverage an established industry network to secure strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.

• Oversee the entire commercial lifecycle, from lead qualification and contract negotiation to integration, launch, promotion, and revenue generation.
