We are looking for a Software Implementation Lead to join our Mining Technology Operations team. This isn't just about managing spreadsheets or internal migrations; it’s about leading customer-facing deployments of advanced AI-based software at scale across some of the most complex industrial environments on the planet.

As we expand our portfolio globally, we need a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between field-deployed engineers, data scientists, and external enterprise clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Client Deployments: Own the end-to-end delivery of software implementations into client IT/OT environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
• Managing External Stakeholders: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer teams, steering committees, and key stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Translating Complexity: Turn client business and site requirements into clear technical specs and RFCs for our product and engineering teams.
• Visualising Value: Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to show our customers exactly how our AI is optimising their operations.
• Innovating Workflows: Leverage modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
• Risk & Account Growth: Own the project risk log, manage scope change control, and contribute to Key Account strategies to drive long-term client growth.
