Each project we deliver is different from the next. We can offer an environment that brings a variety of projects at the forefront of modern supply chain solutions.

To delight our customers by exceeding their expectations in all aspects of support and service. The Config Team is an experienced and trusted SAP AMS partner.

This is a senior, customer-facing role with responsibility for managing and delivering day-to-day client requirements, including Service Requests, Incident Resolution and Problem Management, in line with ITIL methodology and Service Level Agreements.

The successful candidate will also lead complex changes, contribute to project delivery, resolve challenging issues and improve SAP-related processes.
