About Supervisor Development Program (SDP)

The Supervisor Development Program (SDP) is a 12-month development program designed for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of working experience who aspire to build their careers as future Supervisors.

Throughout the program, participants will develop their knowledge and skills through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and regular competency evaluations. Every three months, participants will present their project progress and achievements to a review panel as part of the program evaluation process.

Each participant will be guided by a Mentor, who provides continuous support throughout the program, as well as a Project Mentor, who offers technical guidance and project-related coaching.

By the end of the program, participants are expected to have the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership skills needed to take on supervisory responsibilities with confidence.

Job Responsibilities

During the program, participants will be exposed to and gradually develop their capabilities in the following areas:

• Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and operate optimally in compliance with CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik), safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and evaluate maintenance programs, including repair, modification, and development of new equipment or systems in collaboration with vendors and consultants.
