Content Planner – TikTok

Job Description:

• Create scripts and content plans for Lanbena & Breylee’s TikTok content
• Develop creative, engaging, and brand-relevant content ideas
• Brief and explain scripts to Videographers before the shooting process
• Evaluate and analyze content performance to measure the effectiveness of the scripts created
• Conduct research on TikTok trends, competitors, and content developments to generate new ideas
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content uploading and scheduling
• Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy

Qualifications:**

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats
• Creative and able to generate fresh and engaging content ideas
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Able to conduct content research and analyze content performance data
• Good time management skills and able to work with deadlines
• Experienced in managing social media accounts, especially TikTok
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and social media is a plus
• Experience or a portfolio in TikTok content/scriptwriting is a plus
