Social Media & Event Specialist

Requirement:

• Content Creation & Management

• Develop, plan and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms
• Create, edit and publish daily posts that align with brand voice and objectives
• Ensure all content is consistent with company branding and marketing campaigns

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and campaign effectiveness
• Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for growth

• Research & Development

• Stay updated with latest social media trends, platform updates, emerging digital tools
• Research audience preferences and industry trends to develop innovative strategies
• Propose new ideas to enhance engagement and brand visibility

• Event

• Plan and run offline marketing activations such as events, community activations, brand activations, partnerships and other promotional activities.
• Willing to work on-site and follow the operational needs of the campaign, including if there are events or activations outside of normal working hours**
• Have a network with KOLs, influencers, content creators, communities, vendors and event organizers
