About the role

Social Media & Content Supervisor responsible for designing end-to-end content strategy for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and marketplace. The role involves forming brand vision and executing content strategy, leading creative teams, and managing campaign performance and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design content strategy end-to-end (brand awareness, engagement, conversion) for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and marketplace
• Form brand vision in social media and execute content strategy
• Compose content calendar, posting schedule, and maintain audience interaction
• Lead and direct creative team (graphic design, video editor, content creator, host live)
• Create content briefs (photo/video/live) and provide feedback for content optimization
• Oversee content quality (photo/video) to align with brand identity
• Source photo/video vendors and create production briefs from concept to final output
• Design monthly campaigns (special dates, new product launch, etc.) from concept to execution
• Ensure content is viral and trend-savvy with target views, followers, and engagement achieved
• Create monitoring dashboard for tracking and evaluating content performance

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field
• 3-5 years experience as Content Strategist or Social Media Supervisor in FMCG/beauty industry
• Portfolio of viral content and successful campaigns
