Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, X, and Threads. This role is focused on planning and executing strong daily social media content, especially Instagram feed curation, while ensuring content is adapted and synchronized across platforms with consistency and relevance. **

Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day-to-day social media content planning across Instagram, X, and Threads.

• Write engaging captions and adapt content tone based on each platform’s style and audience behavior.
• Post and synchronize content across platforms, including repurposing and adjusting TikTok posts for other social channels when relevant.
• Ensure content is uploaded on schedule and aligned with campaign timelines.
• Monitor social media trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the creative team for content creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support launches, campaigns, promos, and brand moments.
• Track content performance such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, and audience growth.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve content quality, posting strategy, and platform performance.**

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.**
• Strong understanding of Instagram, X, and Threads.
• Good sense of visual curation, especially for Instagram feed planning.
