Social Media Specialist (Content Creator)

As a social media specialist, you will:

• Be a talent, model, or cast member for Style Korean Indonesia video content.
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Create and manage content plans
• Handle video editing for each content
• Manage the presence of Style Korean Indonesia brands on social media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Identify the latest social media trends and implement them into a content strategy to attract views and engage with the audience.

• Monitor the performance of created content and the growth of the account, including but not limited to the number of likes, followers, comments, etc.
• Proactively suggest new creative ideas to enhance content engagement.

Requirements:**

• 2 year experience in being a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Passionate about the beauty industry.
• Possess broad knowledge and experience working with social media platforms, whether professionally or personally.
• Experience in creating strong and engaging content on Instagram and TikTok, with proven results such as appearing on the For You Page (FYP) and achieving a high number of likes/followers.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
• Comfortable and confident working in front of a camera.
• Required soft skills: time management, content writing, and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
