Supervisor Engineering & Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must have Electrician certificates From KEMNAKER
• Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer operation, Microsoft Office, and CAD.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Able to manage maintenance teams and create maintenance plans.
• Good communication skills, disciplined, and willing to work overtime if needed.
• Welding certification or experience in welding is an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machines.

• Ensure production line performance and efficiency run properly.

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team.

• Handle general maintenance, electrical work, and machine repairs.

• Coordinate with vendors and related parties for factory operations.
