About the role

The role involves recording, verifying, and analyzing financial transactions with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Record, verify, and check financial transactions accurately
• Prepare accounting journals, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Assist with monthly closing processes and accounts receivable and payable reviews
• Ensure transaction compliance with supporting documents
• Identify data discrepancies, analyze causes, and propose solutions
• Conduct financial data analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company financial information
• Coordinate with relevant divisions to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting or related field
• Experience in accounting minimum of 1 years
• Understanding of accounting principles, general journals, reconciliation, and financial report preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is a must
• Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous, honest, disciplined, responsible, and possess high integrity
• Able to work independently and in teams
