Asisstant Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax

Job Description

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger records.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, operational expenses, and financial performance against targets.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash management.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax calculations, tax payments, and tax reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and company financial policies.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities as required.
• Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Supervise and support the development of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
• Assist in implementing and improving financial systems, procedures, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably with experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
