HR Staff

About The Role**

We are currently seeking an HR Staff to support our human resources and general affairs functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, employee administration, and day-to-day office support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end-to-end HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Assist recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Support payroll data preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Assist with employee relations and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
• Support coordinator with HR reports and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Seminyak or Nusa Dua
