About the role****

We are seeking an experienced Air Import Staff member to join our dynamic team at our Kelapa Gading Jakarta office. This is a full-time position** that plays a crucial role in managing air cargo import operations and ensuring smooth customs clearance processes. As Air Import Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of air freight shipments through Indonesian customs, working closely with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers and clients to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods.

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏**We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Air Import Staff to support the end-to-end handling of air import shipments, from shipment arrival and documentation to Delivery Order (DO) release and cargo delivery coordination.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in air import operations, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with airlines, customs/airport representatives, customers, and internal teams.
