About the role
Provide technical support to customers regarding the selection and use of lubricants. Analyze lubrication needs based on machine type, operating conditions, workload, and work environment. Conduct inspections and monitoring of lubricant conditions and lubrication systems in the field. Perform oil analysis to determine lubricant condition and detect abnormalities. Handle technical problems arising from various external and internal factors in machinery. Prepare technical reports on inspection results, oil analysis, and improvement recommendations to customers or management. Coordinate with the sales team to provide technical solutions that support customer needs and increase customer satisfaction.

About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good English language ability
