Human Resources Generalist

Job Responsibilities**

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee administration.
• Handle compensation & benefits, attendance management, payroll support, and BPJS administration.
• Oversee General Affairs (GA), including office management, company assets, and operational support.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain a harmonious, respectful, inclusive, and positive working environment across the company
• Develop employee engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, morale, and company culture.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal company events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, employee administration, General Affairs, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting KOL, E-Commerce, Content Creator, and other related business support positions is a PLUS.
• Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Baby Care, or FMCG industry is a PLUS.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
