IT Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring the organization's IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud environment, and daily IT operations to ensure reliable, secure, and uninterrupted business operations.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, and other technology systems supporting building management operations.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure by implementing cybersecurity measures, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, hardware and software implementation, system upgrades, and vendor coordination to support business and operational requirements.
• Plan, manage, and control the IT operational budget (CAPEX & OPEX), monitor expenditures, and implement cost control and cost optimization initiatives to maximize the efficiency of IT resources.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT Infrastructure team while ensuring timely incident resolution, service quality, compliance with SLAs, and continuous improvement of IT services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, property management teams, engineering, and external vendors to provide reliable technology solutions and support the operational needs of commercial buildings and facilities.
