Product Engineer

About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join our team at PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire cable assembly and wire harness production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing**

• Design and develop cable assembly and wire harness products to meet customer requirements
• Manage the production lifecycle, from prototyping to mass production
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Ensure products meet all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Provide technical support and training to production staff

What we're looking for

• Must Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Engineer in manufacturing company, if also experience in the cable assembly or wire harness industry is a plus!
• Able to speak, write and read in English, can Mandarin is a plus!
• Strong understanding of cable/wire harness design, production, and testing
• Proficient in using CAD software and manufacturing process analysis tools
