Finance & Accounting Officer

EBID is looking for a detail-driven Finance & Accounting Officer to strengthen our finance team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Closing & ReportingPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Accounts Payable & ReceivableReview and process AP/AR transactions.
• Resolve payment or documentation issues with internal teams and vendors.Tax ComplianceReconcile and submit monthly VAT reports. Liaise with tax consultants for monthly tax filings.
• Prepare external invoices for tax submission.Audit & DocumentationMaintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Support external audits by providing required data and explanations.
• Regulatory ComplianceStay updated with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience with tax reporting and audits is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or SAP. Solid knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian taxation.
