About the role**We are seeking an HR Staff – Training & Development to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in supporting the professional growth and development of our staff members. As HR Staff – Training & Development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing training programmes that enhance employee capabilities, support organisational objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning across PPPK Petra.
