Tasks & responsibilities**

• Respond to inquiries about IT products and services through email, phone, online chat, or in person

• Solving issue related to IT hardware and software

• Record and manage procurement

• Control and monitoring company asset & office supplies

• Working with support system ( internal and external )

Qualifications & experience**

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science ( Computer Engineering/ Information Systems/ Information Technic )

• Have knowledge of PC Support, Server Administrator ( basic Network Management )

• Proficiency in Operating System Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server

• Knowledge of network device (Router, Switch, access point)

• Familiar with Cloud Platform (Microsoft Office 365)

• Basic knowledge of Database management would be advantage

• English literate both oral and written
