Job description
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, network, and system-related issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, maintenance activities, and technical issues
Job requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Experience in hardware and network troubleshooting is preferred
- Familiar with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network devices
- Basic understanding of MikroTik and Ruijie network devices and configurations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to join immediately
