Operator WTP

PT Hyundai Inti Development is seeking an experienced Operator WTP to join our team on a contract basis. Based in South Cikarang, West Java, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our water treatment plant, ensuring efficient and reliable water supply to our industrial facilities.

Role Description :

• Monitor and adjust water treatment processes to maintain water quality and quantity target
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of plant operations, water quality data, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an operator in a water treatment plant or similar industrial facility
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing water quality data
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in water treatment or a related field
