About the role
The key role of a Human Resource Manager is to recruit, develop, motivate, manage, and retain employees while ensuring that HR practices support the organization's objectives.

- Manage employees effectively with knowledge of labor laws
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in HR, especially in Hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant)
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
- Ability to lead and motivate the HR team
- Knowledge of labor laws and ability to manage employees effectively
- Adaptable to workplace changes
