About the role

We are looking for a hands-on HR to manage daily HR operations for our growing company. You will be the company's main HR contact and work closely with Finance and department managers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, including job postings, candidate searches, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate daily worker requests and maintain the related records.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, renewals, probation dates, and exit documents.
• Manage registrations, employee data changes, and exits for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Calculate monthly contributions for both BPJS programs and check the figures with Finance.
• Calculate monthly payroll, including approved salary, allowances, attendance, overtime, leave, BPJS, and applicable deductions. Coordinate final verification and payment with Finance.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals and track agreed follow-up actions.
• Handle routine employee inquiries and prepare HR letters or disciplinary records for management approval.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and job descriptions.

About you

• 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience, including payroll and BPJS administration.
• Able to calculate payroll and contributions for both BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Familiar with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and overtime administration.
