Content & Social Media Strategist

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Planning, Social Media Strategy, Video Content, Creative, or related fields.

• Experienced in developing content strategies and creative directions for social media accounts, from concept to execution.

• Able to develop video concepts, content directions, and creative ideas based on brand identity and target audience.

• Experienced in writing video scripts, copywriting, storylines, and content briefs.

• Able to develop content directions and creative briefs for KOL/Afiliate collaborations.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience preferences, and short-form video content.

• Able to translate ideas into clear and actionable creative directions for videographers, editors, KOLs, and other teams.

• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple content projects and work effectively under deadlines.

• Result oriented, detail oriented, and proactivein developing new content ideas.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Willing to work according to the assigned schedule, with days off based on the designated work schedule, including the possibility of working on weekends and public holidays.
