Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies and annual sales plans for the Indonesian market to ensure sales targets are met.
- Channel Development & Customer Management: Develop and manage distributor and Focus on foodservice/HoReCa channel development and strategic growth, establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts and distributors.
- Team Management & Empowerment: Recruit, train, and manage the local sales team; motivate the team to achieve performance targets and continuously enhance professional capabilities.
- Market Analysis & Brand Promotion: Monitor market trends and competitor activities; develop promotional and brand-building initiatives to increase product market share.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry. Experience in the condiment/food sector is a plus.
- Channel Resources: Familiar with Indonesian local distributor networks and retail channels; proven experience in channel development and management.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (required) – capable of business communication and contract negotiations; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Nationality: Indonesian Nationality.
- Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, team leadership, and data analysis capabilities; goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
